Programming

All In: 4 Phases

Phase I: Individual

Time investment: 1 month

Laying the foundation with the first of three Private Coaching sessions & participation in the 100 Level: StrengthsFinder 2.0 Mastermind for all members in the organization.  Phase I concludes with the "My Strengths" workshop.

Phase II: Partnerships

Time investment: 2 weeks

Second of three Private Coaching sessions offered during Phase II and III.  All leadership and anyone interested in the experience participates in the 400 Level: Strengths Based Leadership Mastermind.  Phase II concludes with the "Powerful Partnerships" workshop.

Phase III: Team

Time investment: 2 weeks

Second of three Private Coaching sessions offered during Phase III.  CASCADE reports assist in identifying where the teams currently are and where they need to go.  Phase III concludes with the "Our Strengths" workshop.

Phase IV: Action

Time investment: 1 month

Third of three Private Coaching sessions conducted for all organization members.  Future strengths-based onboarding plan created and implemented.  Phase IV concludes with the "Our Strengths in Action" workshop.
